Rigid Foam Spas will be delivered using LTL with tailgate service. Rest assured, we will reach out to you to confirm the delivery date, ensuring a seamless experience. Tracking will be provided within 5 business days also. 

For orders up to $99.99, the postage fee is $19.99.

FREE postage on orders $100 and over.

  • Orders for the may vary based on distance. Once you’ve ordered, we will contact you to arrange delivery. All orders are normally delivered within 10 days.

Additional shipment charges of $1800 will be applied for all orders to Alaska

RETURNS POLICY

We're happy to accept returns if the item is faulty in anyway. Please note that all exchanges and replacements are subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation and Refusal of Delivery Policy
At Wave, we understand that circumstances may change, leading to the cancellation of your order. However, we want to make it clear that once your order has been placed, cancellations are not possible; all orders are processed swiftly through the Wave network to ensure customers receive delivery of goods as quickly as possible.


Refusal of Delivery After Dispatch:
If you choose to refuse delivery of your hot tub after it has been dispatched by our courier, please be aware that all additional delivery costs will be charged back to you. These costs include the original delivery fee to your location and the return delivery fee to our warehouse. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

CHANGE OF MIND

Want to return you Wave order? Please contact customer services within 14 days before returning any orders. As unapproved returns will be rejected. 

Wave Customer Services can only accept the return of unwanted items within this time frame in the exact condition received and in the original packaging. Items will be assessed before your return is authorised, at this point one of our friendly agents will guide you through the returns process. 

We do not cover return courier costs of unwanted items. 

Please always double check the product description in detail before you place your order.

FAULTY

If you have received a faulty item, you are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please contact support@wavespas.com to be advised on the return for refund process.

If you bring our attention to a fault outside the 30 day period you are eligible for a replacement - the warranty period for our hot tubs are as follows:

  • 2 years for the heater unit/pump
  • 1 year for the inflatable spa liner

Please contact support@wavespas.com in order to be advised through this process.

DAMAGE

In the unlikely event that your order or items within it are damaged, you may return the item(s) to us for a full refund. You must notify support@wavespas.com within 30 working days of receipt.

Please note, as stated in distance selling regulations, we cannot accept returns of Spas or Spa Accessories if you have opened the seal (with the exception of items that are faulty on arrival).
