What are the delivery costs and how long does it take to receive my spa?
Our service includes free next-day tracked delivery for all foam and inflatable spas via DPD, with an option for Saturday delivery available for an extra £9.99. Upon dispatch, DPD will provide you with a one-hour tracking window.
For accessories and chemicals, a £4.99 delivery fee applies to orders under £50, whereas orders over £50 enjoy free shipping through EvRi.
Please note, deliveries to the Highlands require an allowance for 2-day shipping.
What is included with my spa?
Your Spa Package comes complete with a cover, filter, inflation hose and other essential accessories, which is everything you need to set up your hot tub!
How long is the warranty on my spa?
Our hot tubs have a 2-year warranty for the pump and heater and a 12-month warranty on the liner
What extras do I need for my hot tub?
We advise purchasing our Starter Kit containing all the chemicals you need to keep your hot tub water clean and safe. For added protection and insulation, we recommend using a thermal cover
Can I use my tub all year round?
Yes! Our tubs can sit comfortably outdoors in most weather conditions. However, to ensure the protection of your heater unit, we recommend moving your hot tub indoors when temperatures drop lower than 5°C (41°F) or ensuring your heater unit is protected from the elements
Does the spa plug into a normal socket?
Our spas come with a plug and with built in RCD, that should be plugged into an outdoor socket. Do not use a extension cable as that will void the warranty
Do I need to put chemicals into the water?
Even the best hot tubs are vulnerable to failure if they’re not approached with adequate TLC (tub-loving care). Keep your tub in pristine condition with our wide selection of hot tub chemicals!

Whether it be an insulated hot tub cover or a headrest pillow for kicking back on a balmy summer’s eve, we have a range of extras to complement all of the hot tubs and spas in our range
Which filter do I need?
Most of our spa models require a screw-on/threaded filter. If you aren't sure which filter you need, our Customer Service team is always here to help!
How long does it take the fill the hot tub?
At standard household water pressure, it usually takes about 60 minutes to fill a 4-person hot tub and 75 minutes for a 6-person spa
