We offer Free Express Delivery (97% arrive next day) on all UK orders. There is no minimum spend so this is a service everyone receives.
All orders are sent on our Express Service as standard and 97% will arrive the next working day if placed before 12 noon!! The 3% that don't, usually arrive within 2 working days of ordering.

A delivery surcharge may apply to these addresses as well as a slightly extended delivery time. Please contact us for a quotation if you are ordering from outside the mainland UK.
Are you able to allocate delivery slots? Does someone need to be in?
We are not able to allocate delivery slots with any courier service we use, you should however receive an email or text with the ETA of your delivery on the appropriate day. Should you not receive these, you will have been provided with a tracking code that allows you to see real-time updates of your delivery and may find an ETA there. Despite this, 95% of our orders placed before 12 noon will arrive the next working day. If you are not going to be in, you are able to leave a note on your door notifying the courier where to leave the delivery for you, but this is done at your own risk.
Damages / accepting the delivery
Please carefully inspect your order and report any issues to us via email or phone. We ask that any problems be reported within 48 hours of delivery, as we can usually resolve them quickly. After this period, resolving issues becomes more challenging, and we reserve the right to decline assistance.
Before accepting and signing for the delivery, customers should check the items and if any damage is suspected ensure that you indicate this when the delivery is signed for. Customers that have received damaged items should notify us within 48 hours of receiving the goods and should provide photographs as evidence.
- If we delivered the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will pay for the return delivery costs (photographic or video proof of damage is required). This type of return must be communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery.
