- This purchase entitles you to a one-time heater unit repair for customers OUT OF WARRANTY. All heater repair arrangements must be finalised via a discussion with a Customer Service Representative
- On the provision that all video/photo evidence has been emailed in advance to waveCS@wavedirect.co.uk, a repair order will then be authorised on the basis that it seems feasible
- Once an order has been placed, email over a screenshot of the order to the aforementioned email address.
- We will then email over DPD return labels directly to you, advising the nearest local drop off point for DPD parcels
- Please note, the repair can take up to 14 days from the date of receipt to be returned back to you
- If the repair proves unsuccessful, you will be entitled to a refund for the repair cost, excluding the £16 return shipping fee and £20 for the technician consultancy
- In summation, following a failed repair attempt you will be refunded in the amount of £33.99 alongside the return of your faulty heater unit
*Please note that any heater unit delivered to us in packaging that renders it vulnerable to damage will automatically void the right to a repair and will NOT be refunded
* All heater unit returns should be wrapped in protective bubble wrap and properly packaged in cardboard to ensure a safe journey to our repair centre
*Any repair order processed WITHOUT authorization from our Customer Services Department will be automatically cancelled and refunded with immediate effect
